Legal & Data Information

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data VPNBe handles when providing cross-border access and network acceleration services, why it is handled, and how users can manage it.

Last updated: August 2026

Data Collected and Processing Purposes

When registering for VPNBe, users only need to set a username and password; no email address is required. The username identifies the account and links it to plans and support requests. Authentication data is used to complete sign-in and protect account access. This service does not make an email address a requirement for registration or subscription activation.

When a user selects a plan or traffic package, the system stores transaction-related order records, including the selected item, amount due, payment channel, order status, and processing time. This information is used to confirm service activation, verify payments, process refund requests, investigate duplicate orders, and locate the relevant transaction when a support ticket is submitted.

The website may process basic access analytics, such as pages visited, browser and device type, referring pages, and page error events. This information helps verify that pages display correctly, resolve compatibility issues, and improve user flows. It is not used to build a profile of the international websites a user visits.

No-Logs Scope and Connection Records

VPNBe does not record which websites users access through international routes. It does not retain webpage content, queries, or transmitted content, and does not create personal browsing histories from such information.

This service does not retain connection logs that could reconstruct personal network activity, including specific destinations or access content. Data used for plan metering is limited to account-level traffic totals, so remaining allowances can be shown and monthly plan traffic can be reset. These totals do not include destinations or communication content.

Because access content and connection activity do not enter persistent records, such logs are not stored long term for later analysis. Account sign-ins, order processing, and website analytics are separate data categories and should not be confused with network activity logs.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel use cookies or browser local storage to maintain sign-in status, save language and interface preferences, and record necessary session information. Without this data, pages can still be viewed, but sign-in status, preferences, or some account functions may not persist.

Browsers allow users to view or clear this data. After it is cleared, an account may need to be signed in again, and language and interface options may return to their default settings. VPNBe does not use local storage to save records of the websites users access.

Payment Channels and Third-Party Processing

VPNBe supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Payments may be processed by the relevant payment channel or transaction network, which receives the information required to complete the payment under its own rules. VPNBe mainly receives results such as whether an order succeeded, the payment amount, and transaction status to activate service and verify orders.

Payment channels are independently responsible for processing the data they collect directly. Before submitting information on a payment page, users should also review the privacy notices and terms displayed by the relevant channel. VPNBe will not ask a payment channel to provide complete payment details unrelated to order confirmation.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account data is generally retained while an account remains active so users can sign in and manage activated services. Order records are retained as needed to fulfill transactions, process refunds, reconcile accounts, and meet applicable obligations. Basic access analytics are processed only as needed for site maintenance and issue analysis. Data that is no longer needed is deleted, de-identified, or aggregated.

Users can sign in to the user panel and submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through the support ticket entry. After receiving a request, this service first verifies account ownership and then acts according to the nature of the data and applicable obligations. If some order data must remain available for refunds, disputes, or account reconciliation, it will be cleared under the applicable rules after those matters end.

Policy Updates and Scope

This policy applies to the VPNBe website, user panel, and data processing activities directly related to subscription services. Third-party payment pages and pages independently operated by other service providers are governed by their own published policies.

When data practices, product features, or applicable requirements change, VPNBe will revise this page and update the date at the top. If an adjustment materially affects how users manage account data, related information may also be shown on the website or user panel. Before continuing to use the service, users can review this policy again along with the Terms of Use.
