Service rules and responsibilities

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These terms apply to the cross-border network access and subscription services provided by VPNBe. Creating an account, selecting a plan, or continuing to use the service means that you have read and agreed to follow these rules. If you disagree with any part, stop using the relevant services.

Service scope

VPNBe provides network acceleration for cross-border access, international websites, and improved connectivity over international routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Available routes cover 110+ countries and 150+ routes. The routes available to you may change based on maintenance, regional access conditions, and service resources.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. When a monthly subscription is upgraded mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated against the remaining days. System permissions, network conditions, and destination service policies may affect connection results across platforms, so users should choose routes suited to their local network conditions.

Account and subscription rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their account credentials, subscription details, and imported client content, and are responsible for activity performed through their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, change the password promptly and stop using any publicly disclosed subscription information.

Subscriptions support use on an unlimited number of devices, but only by the account holder and their own ordinary-use devices. You may not sell, rent, or transfer a subscription, publish subscription content publicly, or provide paid or free services to others through account sharing, route splitting, or relay access. Such activity increases account risk and may affect normal route resources.

Compliant use requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and at the service destination, and must determine whether their specific use is permitted. You may not use VPNBe for unlawful activity, infringe the lawful rights of others, distribute malicious programs, gain unauthorized system access, or interfere with routes, account systems, or other users through automated means.

This service is intended for ordinary network access and connection optimization. Users are responsible for content they publish, transmit, store, or access. VPNBe may conduct necessary checks of relevant accounts and connection records when handling security incidents, resource abuse, or valid compliance requirements.

Service availability and liability

Cross-border connections may be affected by local carriers, device settings, destination website policies, route maintenance, and regional network changes. VPNBe maintains routes and manages resources, but does not guarantee that any route, region, or third-party service will always be accessible, or that all devices will produce the same results under identical conditions.

For connection issues caused by device failures, incorrect configuration, exposed account credentials, changes to third-party platforms, local network outages, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, VPNBe will provide practical troubleshooting guidance. However, it is not liable beyond the requirements of applicable law for indirect losses, business interruption, or changes to third-party content.

Restrictions and termination

If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, disrupt service operations, evade reasonable resource management, or support unlawful activity, VPNBe may restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the impact. The relevant facts may be verified through the ticket channel in the user panel before or after action is taken.

Termination does not affect responsibilities that arose before termination. After stopping use of the service, users must continue to properly handle subscription information and account credentials stored on their devices to prevent subsequent unauthorized access.

Changes and refunds

VPNBe may revise these terms in response to changes in service features, route management, payment arrangements, or applicable rules. Updates will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed accordingly. Material changes may be described in service notices within the user panel. Continuing to use the updated service means accepting the revised terms.

A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 60 days of the first payment. Refund requests can be submitted through the ticket entry in the user panel. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported payment methods, and refund processing will be checked against the corresponding payment record. When submitting a request, provide account information that identifies the relevant order, and do not publicly send subscription content or passwords.
